These terms govern your use of the SuperOdds mobile application. By installing or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
SuperOdds is published by SATXAPP ("we", "us"). The app publishes football match analysis and statistical predictions, organised into categories. The Free category is open to all users. Every other category is a VIP category: until the match is settled, its predictions are available only to users who hold an active subscription to that particular category (see section 6).
Every prediction we publish keeps its result visible after the match is settled — won, lost or void — and settled predictions are visible to everyone, including users without a subscription. We do not hide or delete losing predictions.
Read this carefully. Everything in SuperOdds is published for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is opinion and statistical analysis, not financial, investment or betting advice.
No prediction is a guarantee. Past results shown in the app do not promise future results. Sports outcomes are uncertain by nature and any decision you make based on our content is entirely your own, made at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any loss of money or any other damage arising from decisions you take after reading our content. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
SuperOdds is not a bookmaker, a betting exchange or a gambling operator. The app does not accept stakes, does not hold funds, does not pay out winnings and does not place bets on your behalf. It has no connection to, and no control over, any betting site you may choose to use separately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SuperOdds. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing this kind of content is lawful where you live. If sports betting content is restricted or prohibited in your country or region, you must not use the app.
Access requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that takes place under it. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone else.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Each VIP category is sold as its own separate subscription through Google Play. A subscription to a VIP category unlocks that category only. It does not include any other VIP category: each category is sold separately, and there is no subscription or bundle that covers all categories. You may subscribe to as many categories as you wish; each subscription is billed, renewed and cancelled independently of the others.
Subscriptions are offered as a weekly plan only. The price of each category's subscription is set separately and is shown in the app before purchase, as provided by Google Play, in your local currency where Google supports it.
Subscriptions renew automatically every week unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and on each renewal.
You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling a category's subscription stops its future renewals and does not affect your other subscriptions; your access to that category continues until the end of the week you have already paid for.
Subscriptions are linked to your SuperOdds account rather than to your device, so they can be restored on a new phone by signing in with the same Google account.
Deleting your SuperOdds account does not cancel your subscriptions. Cancel each of them in Google Play first.
Purchases are processed by Google Play and refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. Requests must be made to Google. Where consumer law in your country grants you a right of withdrawal, that right applies and is unaffected by these terms. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at satio.app@gmail.com and we will help where we can.
We may change the price of a category's subscription or the content included in it. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance through Google Play, and a price increase never applies to a period already paid for.
New VIP categories may be added over time. Each new category is sold as its own subscription and is not included in any subscription you already hold.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules. Where a breach is serious, we may do so without prior notice and without refund.
The app, its name, its logo, its design and all content we publish belong to SATXAPP and are protected by intellectual property law. Each subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to view the content of the VIP category it covers inside the app. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
Team names, competition names and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
We aim to keep the app available and its content up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. We may require you to update to a newer version in order to keep using the app.
The app relies on services provided by Google, RevenueCat and Meta, and may link to external destinations such as our Telegram channel. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SATXAPP is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for any loss of profit, betting loss, data loss or business interruption arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us for subscriptions in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you enjoy as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
