This policy explains what SuperOdds ("the app") collects, why it collects it, who it is shared with, and how you can have it deleted. It applies to the SuperOdds Android application and the services behind it.
SuperOdds is published by SATXAPP ("we", "us"). For any question about this policy or about your data, write to satio.app@gmail.com. We answer data requests at this address.
We only collect what the app needs in order to work. We do not buy personal data from third parties and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Signing in is done through Google Sign-In. We never see or store your Google password. When you sign in, Google provides us with:
Alongside this we store your app language, country code, app version, account creation date and the time you were last seen in the app.
To deliver notifications, we store the installation identifier that Google Firebase Cloud Messaging assigns to this copy of the app, together with your platform (Android), app language, app version and whether notifications are currently enabled. This is what lets us send you a message when a new prediction is published. Notifications about a new prediction in a VIP category are sent only to users subscribed to that category, so your subscription status is also used to decide which notifications you receive. Notifications are only shown if you allow them.
VIP subscriptions are sold and processed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. Each VIP category is a separate subscription, so subscription information is kept per category. For each category you subscribe to, we receive and store which category it is, the product purchased, its status (active, expired or cancelled), its purchase and expiry dates and whether it is set to renew, so the app knows which categories to unlock. These records are linked to your account identifier, which is what allows your subscriptions to be restored when you change phone. We never receive your card number or any other payment instrument — those stay with Google.
The app includes the Meta (Facebook) SDK so we can measure which of our advertising campaigns bring new users, and which of those users go on to subscribe. When it is active, the following is sent to Meta:
Meta processes this information for its own purposes under its own privacy policy, which means this is a sharing of data rather than processing on our behalf.
We do not show advertising inside the app. The component we include
(facebook-core) carries no advertising display capability.
You can limit this at the operating system level. In Android Settings → Privacy → Ads you can delete or reset your advertising ID, which stops it being used to link activity back to you.

We share data only with the service providers that make the app work. Each of them acts under its own privacy policy:
Firebase, Google Play Billing and RevenueCat act as service providers: they process data on our instructions and for our purposes only. Meta is different — it uses the data described in section 2.4 for its own purposes as well, so we treat that as sharing.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Device records are kept while the app remains installed and subscribed to notifications. Subscription records are kept for as long as required by accounting and tax obligations, even after an account is deleted.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and your device records from our servers.
You can also request deletion by writing to satio.app@gmail.com from the email address registered to the account.
Deleting your account does not cancel your active subscriptions. Each VIP category's subscription is billed by Google Play and must be cancelled there, otherwise it keeps renewing.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact satio.app@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Notifications are optional. You can refuse the permission when it is requested, turn it off later in Settings → Notifications, or disable it from your device's Android settings at any time. Turning notifications off does not affect the rest of the app.
SuperOdds publishes football match analysis and is intended for adults. The app is not directed at children and must not be used by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to our administration panel is restricted and protected by authentication. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration and loss.
The providers listed in section 4 may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is governed by the safeguards those providers put in place under their own privacy frameworks.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced inside the app.
